“Customer”: Any person or entity placing an Order.
“Order”: A request to purchase jewelry, gemstones, or related services.
“Product(s)”: All items offered for sale, including Custom Orders (see Section 1.5).
“Custom Order”: Any Product designed or modified according to the Customer’s specifications (e.g., engraving, bespoke design, stone selection).
1.4 Product Information & Pricing
1.4.1 We strive for accuracy in images and descriptions; however, minor variations (such as color differences, natural gemstone characteristics, or display settings) may occur.
1.4.2 Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies. Any currency conversions shown are for reference only; the final charge will reflect the selected payment currency and applicable exchange rates.
1.4.3 Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will not affect Orders already confirmed.
1.5 Order Placement & Acceptance
1.5.1 After placing an Order, you will receive an automated acknowledgment confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.
1.5.2 We reserve the right to accept or decline any Order at our discretion (e.g., stock availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors).
1.5.3 A contract is formed only after payment is successfully processed and a Shipping Confirmation is issued (“Order Acceptance”).
1.6 Payments & Taxes
1.6.1 We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers where available. Payment must be completed before shipment.
1.6.2 Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities. These are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated.
