  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Preferred resolution (replacement, repair, refund, or store credit)

Reporting timeframe: Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue, ideally within 7 days of delivery.

Response time:

  • Acknowledgment within 24 hours
  • Resolution plan within 48 hours after receiving complete information

1.4 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have legal rights regarding faulty, misdescribed, or unsatisfactory goods. These may include:

  • The right to request a repair, replacement, or refund

1.7 Correction Timelines

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
  • Resolution plan: Within 48 hours
  • Replacement dispatch: Typically within 2–3 business days after confirmation
  • Refund processing:
    • Where legally required: within mandated timeframes
    • Otherwise: typically within 5–7 business days

1.8 Returns for Corrections

  • Prepaid returns: Provided for all eligible correction cases
  • Packaging: Use original packaging where possible, or secure alternatives
  • Inspection: May be waived in clear cases to speed up replacement
  • Advance replacement: In some cases, replacements may be shipped before receiving the returned item

1.9 Items Not Eligible for Standard Corrections

The following situations are generally not covered:

  • Items altered or modified after delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear over time

Note: If required by applicable law, these exclusions will not apply where the issue existed at the time of purchase.
